Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EazeMyCargo website and the EazeMyCargo fleet-tracking platform (together, the "Service"), operated from Visakhapatnam, India. By accessing the website or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EazeMyCargo provides real-time cargo vehicle tracking, geofencing, trip monitoring, and related alerting for port and bulk-cargo logistics. The Service is offered to businesses under a separate service agreement; this website is informational.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the platform is granted only to authorised users of a customer organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) copy, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

4. GPS and tracking data

Location data shown by the Service depends on GPS devices, mobile networks, and third-party mapping providers. While we work to keep data timely and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or exact accuracy of positions, routes, timings, or alerts. The Service supports — but does not replace — your own operational judgement and statutory compliance obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by EazeMyCargo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services such as mapping and routing providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of map content may also be subject to those providers' terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazeMyCargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, data, cargo, or business, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or of the applicable service agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
