Two Android apps run the entire operation

No proprietary GPS hardware, no vendor lock-in. An ordinary Android phone becomes an AIS 140 tracking device, and supervisors run the whole fleet from another one.

Android · In every truck

FleetWatch Driver

Turns the phone in the cab into a compliant tracking device. Install, mount, done — the driver never touches it again.

  • AIS 140 GPS payload every 15–30 seconds over MQTT
  • Foreground service survives screen-off and app kills
  • Offline buffer — no ping is ever lost in a dead zone
Android · In every supervisor's hand

FleetWatch Command

The supervisor's command center — live fleet map, trip monitor, consignment workflow and alert triage, all from the yard.

  • Every truck live on the map with trip state and ETA
  • Push-notified alerts: deviation, no-go zones, long stops
  • Consignment setup, vehicle assignment, shift handover
The problem we live every day

Bulk cargo moves blind — and blind is expensive

At a bulk-cargo port, hundreds of truckloads a day move between berths, stockyards and plants on nothing but paper logs and phone calls. Every gap in visibility has a price.

₹3L–4L cargo value per tonne riding on a single untracked truck
5 days demurrage window — miss it and heavy port penalties start

Diversion & pilferage

A truck that detours to a competitor's yard or sheds part of its load is invisible until the tally sheet doesn't add up — days later.

Idle trucks, idle cranes

Nobody knows which trucks are queued, loading or stuck. Turnaround stretches, trips per shift drop, and hired fleet hours are wasted.

Paper trip logs

Manual trip counting means disputes with transporters, unverifiable billing, and zero audit trail when a client asks where their cargo went.

Alerts that arrive too late

By the time a problem is phoned in, the truck is an hour gone. Supervisors manage by hindsight instead of by exception.

How it works

Geofences drive everything. People drive nothing.

Every consignment gets three mandatory geofences — origin zone, route corridor, destination. From there the platform runs the trip on its own, end to end.

Android in the cab

AIS 140 GPS ping every 15–30s, offline-buffered

Every transition is triggered by a geofence event — no buttons, no forms, no driver input. Trip counts become facts, not claims.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is EazeMyCargo?

EazeMyCargo is a port-logistics technology company from Visakhapatnam, India. Its platform, FleetWatch, gives fleet operators and port supervisors real-time GPS tracking, geofencing, and automated trip monitoring for bulk-cargo trucks.

Is FleetWatch AIS 140 compliant?

Yes. The driver app publishes location in the AIS 140 payload format at a 15–30 second ping interval, meeting India's vehicle tracking standard without proprietary GPS hardware.

Do drivers need special GPS hardware?

No. A standard Android smartphone running the EazeMyCargo driver app acts as the tracking device, with offline buffering when the network drops. There is no proprietary GPS unit to buy or install.

How are trips tracked?

Trips are fully automated by geofences. When a truck enters the loading zone, travels the route corridor, and reaches its destination, the platform moves the trip through loading, in-transit, arrived, and completed states — no driver buttons, no manual log entries.

Where does EazeMyCargo operate?

EazeMyCargo is live at Visakhapatnam Port (VPA), India, tracking bulk-cargo movements such as coal, iron ore, and minerals between berths, stockyards, and plants. The platform works for any Indian port or plant logistics operation.
