Ground-Truth Operations
No buttons for drivers, no verbal trip updates, and zero manual log entries. If a truck enters or exits a yard, the geofencing engine processes it. Telemetry is the final source of truth.
We are a logistics technology company based in Visakhapatnam, India. Our platform, FleetWatch, is designed from the port floor up to bring total visibility and automation to bulk-cargo trucking.
At bulk-cargo ports, paper manifests and verbal confirmations are the norm. We set out to change that by replacing paper with real-time telemetry.
Visakhapatnam Port (VPA) handles millions of tonnes of bulk cargo annually. Moving coal, iron ore, and minerals from berths to stockyards and plants is a high-velocity, round-the-clock operation. Historically, fleet operators and port supervisors managed this scale using manual tally sheets, phone calls, and spreadsheet logs.
This lack of real-time visibility created massive inefficiencies: trucks detailing off-route, long stops going unnoticed, cargo pilferage, and disputes between operators and transporters. The cargo values are high, and the margins for delay are razor-thin. Every extra hour a truck is idle increases demurrage penalties.
"We didn't build this from an air-conditioned office in a tech hub. We built FleetWatch by walking the stockyards, talking to drivers, and understanding exactly why traditional GPS devices fail under port conditions."
EazeMyCargo solves these challenges through automation. By replacing expensive proprietary hardware with compliance-level Android applications and low-latency geofencing engines, we allow port operations to run themselves. Every trip start, transit update, corridor deviation, and delivery is calculated automatically based on spatial telemetry — removing human error and verbal disputes entirely.

No proprietary GPS hardware. A driver's standard smartphone becomes an AIS 140 tracking device, and a supervisor runs operations from the field. It's affordable, instant, and flexible.
Our stack is optimized for speed. Telemetry flows over MQTT through an EMQX broker into an in-memory Go geofence engine. We process spatial calculations in milliseconds, pushing updates instantly to supervisor screens.
Every business rule in the platform comes from actual port logistics floors, not a whiteboard.
